The Underfoot Mouse, (owner of LostInTheInkwell.com) always takes great care to make sure things are perfect for you and guarantees our products 100%. Each poster and print undergoes two layers of quality control, being thoroughly examined at both the manufacturing level and at the distributing level. This provides you with the best possible product, as both levels have no reservations about requesting a reprint of your order. If there is a problem with your poster or print, you must notify The Underfoot Mouse within the first 45 days after your product shipped. The Underfoot Mouse is NOT responsible for errors resulting from customer's failure to communicate specific desired instructions. If the error is on the part of The Underfoot Mouse, our liability is limited to replacing the print or poster to your satisfaction or refunding your money (less shipping & handling). Custom Color Prints and Special Orders can not be replaced or refunded. The Underfoot Mouse packages all of our orders in USPS approved cartons and is NOT liable for damage to products while being shipped.
